So for those who caught my blog post Growing Up at the end of summer last year, or my New Year Reflections post, you’ll have read that my boyfriend and I bought our own house. While certain rooms are now coming together, we still have a load of rooms left to finish decorating and get the final touches complete. I find compiling mood boards, whether that’s on Pinterest, pulling cut outs from magazines to file, or saving #inspo images onto my camera roll, is the best way to fire up my imagination and refer back to when it comes to the interior design of my personal space.
Kicking off my Interiors Mood Board series, you’ll notice a healthy dose of Scandinavian references with the raw textures of wood, be it on the exposed floors or the furniture itself, and being an enormous fan of white and grey (basically anything monochrome if you’ve seen any of my outfit posts!) there are continued themes of this running throughout. Oh, and did you see those copper pendant lights above that kitchen island? Perfect!
